Kratu Prabhu DIET

1. Breakfast - Milk and cereal like oat and any other cereal with lots of fibre.
2. Lunch - Rice, Dal (preferred mug), vegetable (preferred green vegetable), chapati (not white flour) without ghee and salad (if possible), any kind of fruit.
3. Dinner - Rice, Dal (preferred mug), vegetable (preferred green vegetable), chapati (not white flour) without ghee, khichudi.

Oil - olive, sunflower and refined mustard. During cooking oil is to be used and not ghee.
